Well today, we show you HOW we made it—and give you the recipe!
Time to grab a pumpkin and make a smoothie!
Pumpkin Shake Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Fresh pumpkin (you can always substitute cooked and cooled pumpkin)
- 1/4 Cup Almonds (soaked 12 hours and drained)
- 1/2 Cup Dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2″ Fresh ginger
- 3/4 Cup Water
Blend until completely smooth.
Add 3 Cups of Ice
Blend until smooth.
