Eating and food choices are very personal issues; to me, talking about food can often sound like talking about one’s spiritual beliefs.
I’m not here to preach or to convert. I’m not here to say you “should” do this or that. My role is to listen, learn, and share.
In fact, I think it would be arrogant and ignorant of me to tell YOU what you need to eat: how do I know what you need and how you feel?
It’s my belief that there is no *one* way, no best approach to eating, no “one-size-fits-all,” if you will. It’s entirely up to you, to experiment and see what works for YOU. (This is what I’m doing, too.)
What works for you might not work for me, and vice versa. Our bodies might have different needs, and based on where we are, different foods might be available.
So if you eat meat, are entirely on vegetables, or have grains and you feel great, keep doing that. Do what’s working.
The one “should” I do believe: it should be exciting and gratifying to eat! 🙂
Thanks for checking out the show and for being part of the conversation.
