I frequent Laughing Planet and Cultured Caveman often—just great food at great prices. Blossoming Lotus‘ happy hour is a fantastic way to check out their menu

Dick’s Kitchen and Prasad are both favorite choices when I’m in those areas—though both are also worth a specific trip. Prasad even shares its space with a yoga studio—pretty cool! I also love that Kure Juice Bar (with multiple locations) is right in the heart of the SW district, giving people a wonderful choice for smoothies and juices.

Higgins is the only $$$ place on the list, and believe me, it’s worth it. I took a large group there last year and we sat in the bar/lounge to order off the Bistro menu (same food, lower prices) and *everyone* loved their meal.

And as far as ice cream, let’s just say that I may have purchased an entire GALLON of Salt & Straw ice cream (coconut milk with thai chili and cashew brittle)!

I’m eager to try Back to Eden and Farm Cafe as a big fan of healthy (and tasty) sweets, and I always enjoy farm-to-table meals.

Thrive on!
